David Brashear founded Edgewood Investors in 1999, after spending nearly 15 years as a corporate executive and investment professional. Mr. Brashear's experience includes positions with Strategic Planning Associates, Hillman Ventures, and Fannie Mae. Under his guidance, Edgewood Investors has focused on real estate investment activities in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Mr. Brashear has degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard Business School.
